Guardian™ Connect 3.4.3

Introducing the Guardian™ Connect continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system. The Guardian™ Connect system utilizes a tiny sensor to measure interstitial glucose levels, which is the glucose found in the fluid between the cells just below the skin, every 5 minutes. It continuously monitors glucose levels day and night, transmitting the data to your phone via a compact wireless transmitter for real-time monitoring.

The Guardian™ Connect mobile app serves as the main interface for glucose data, displaying up to 288 readings daily. Users can track current sensor glucose data, analyze glucose trends over time, and receive alerts for fluctuations that fall outside their preferred range. Additionally, users can monitor daily activities that may impact their glucose levels.

The mobile app also syncs data to CareLink™ Personal diabetes management software, allowing users to access comprehensive information online and share it with family or friends. Loved ones can receive text notifications in case of any out-of-range readings.

To operate the Guardian™ Connect system, users need both the Guardian™ Connect transmitter and Guardian™ Sensor 3 in addition to the app.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**: This app is exclusively compatible with the Guardian™ Connect transmitter, which is specially designed for Bluetooth communication. Users should note that this transmitter, labeled "GC" on the front, is not compatible with other Medtronic CGM transmitters like MiniLink™ and Guardian™ Link 3.
